Kill Me Now
Well the umpiring appointments are in and thanks to the AFL's hate directed at the Swans thanks to the egg in face result of us even making the Grand Final, let me just say things couldn't be any worse than the 3 field umpires that we got "stuck" with.
Darren Goldspink, Scott McLaren and Brett Allen have all been rewarded with Grand Final's and the chance to do something they all have a history of enjoying to do. Allen did last year's GF, but Goldspink and McLaren thought their chances of ever umpiring the big one had past one with Goldspink not doing one since 2000 and McLaren's last being in 2001.
Still we shall overcome

My father used to say the Swans would never win a flag unless there were NSW based umpires officiating.
Let's hope he's proven wrong on Saturday.
